Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for PricePulse paid plans.

Effective date: May 12, 2026

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe unless otherwise stated at checkout. You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.

2. Refunds

Unless required by law, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once access has started. We may review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or service failures.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

4. Trials, discounts, and credits

Promotional offers, trials, discounts, or credits may have their own conditions. If there is a conflict, the terms shown at checkout or in the promotion apply.

5. How to request help

Contact the support email we publish before accepting payments with your account email, Stripe receipt, and a short explanation. Please avoid sending card numbers or sensitive payment details.
